Static Dessipative Coating for Clean Room Environments
SPEC-STAT® Coatings are:
  • Electrostatic Sissipative Coatings for applications to any substrate including ferrous and non-ferrous.
  • SPEC-STAT® may be applied using spray or coil coating equipment.
  • Typical properties of SPEC-STAT® Wall Coatings:

Gloss (60*): 70% maximum, No minimum
Dry Film Thickness: 0.4 - 1.0 mils
Pencil Hardness 2H (NCCA IT-12)
Adhesion: No paint removal (NCCA IT-5)
Tabor Abrader: <10mg (CS 10,1000 GM 100 Cycles)
Surface Resistivity: 10 6 - 10 9 ohms/sq*
Out-gassing: 0.2 PPM/mg of sample
Elestrostatic Decay: <10% IN, .5/sec. **

Chemical Resistance

The paint used shall be subject to the chemicals listed for the time indicated and shall meet or exceed the resistance criteria as specified.
